| What are the check-in and check-out times? |
| Check-in time is 9am. Your room will be ready for you by 8am. If you would like to arrive after lunch and begin participating in activities, you are welcome
to do so.
Check-out time is 5pm. Please return room keys to Guest Services no later than 5.30pm.

| How do I get from the airport? |
| Prior registration ensures transport facilities from Cochin & Trivandrum International Airports.
Taxi cabs and buses are other options
Travellers by train need to alight at Chenganoor.

| What if I have to cancel my stay or my appointment? |
| Overnight Reservations - A Rs 1000/- prepayment per person is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. If you cancel 30 days or more prior
to your scheduled arrival, your entire prepayment will be refunded. Prepayments for reservations cancelled 15-29 days prior to arrival will be held for one
year for a future stay. If cancellation is made 0-14 days prior to arrival, your entire prepayment will be forfeited. No refunds will be made for early
departure and gift certificates are non-refundable. Changes to arrival and departure dates are considered cancellations and are subject to above policy.
Appointments - A 24-hour cancellation or change notice for service appointments is required to avoid a charge equivalent to 100% of the treatment price. A
12-hour cancellation or change notice applies for overnight guests. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

| What is the cuisine like? |
| We hope you will find the food at Arogyanikethanam one of your most pleasant surprises.. Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., lunch from 11:00
a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. |
| How do I pay for my visit? |
| Payment is due at check-in. All purchases and services at AROGYANIKETHANAM can be charged directly to your room. Additional purchases such as telephone calls
will be itemized for your review upon check-out. Questions concerning charges should be discussed with Guest Services before departure. We honor Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club credit cards. Personal checks and cash are also accepted in Rupees. |
| What is the smoking policy? |
| Smoking is prohibited inside all interior public spaces including all buildings, guest rooms. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the compound. |
| AROGYANIKETHANAM does not provide or serve alcoholic beverages. It is prohibited. |
| Are there computers for guests' use? |
| A computer in the reception is available to guests to check e-mail etc. |
| Can I bring my cell phone? |
| In order to maintain a relaxing environment for all of our guests, please restrict cell phone use to the privacy of a guest room. |
