| Professionals are a group who seldom admit that they are under stress. They eat irrationally, smoke out the stress, have an irregular biological clock, often travel and drink a lot. This is a special package for professionals where in they can come in groups of six to ten for 2 days. In these 2 days they will have a crash programme on lifestyle modification and stress management. Even they can repeat the same or another course after a while if they find it helpful in their day to day life. Companies, institutions and organizations can opt for these packages. |

| This package is for those persons who are interested in yoga alone. You can come alone or in groups at the specified time and learn yoga. You need not have to stay in the centre to attend this course. Come, do it and leave but don’t forget to do it regularly back at home. You are free to come again and attend the same or another programme later if you wish to do so. |
